TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promotions 1 and 2 (collectively the “Promotion”) will be held from 20 June 2023 to 19 July 2023 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
2. This Promotion is jointly organised by High Morale Developments Limited (“Midasbuy”), Proxima Beta Pte. Limited (“Proxima”), and Visa International Service Association (“Visa”). This Promotion is open to all Visa-branded consumer cards issued in Pakistan, which have not been linked to any Midasbuy account prior to this Promotion (each, an “Eligible Card”).
3. A maximum of one (1) Eligible Card can be linked to one (1) Midasbuy account to take part in this Promotion, and such Eligible Card can only be linked to one (1) Midasbuy account. Re-linking of the same Eligible Card is not allowed.
4. This Promotion is on a first-come, first-served basis and shall be limited to the first 10,000 successfully linked Eligible Cards. All rewards in this Promotion can neither be exchanged for cash nor refunded; and are not transferable or saleable.
5. Promotion 1: An Eligible Card which has been successfully linked to a Midasbuy account in accordance with these Terms and Conditions during the Promotion Period will receive a bonus pack worth 120 UC, limited to the first 10,000 successfully linked Eligible Cards:
   
   Promotion 2: Cardholders using such Eligible Card (which has been successfully linked in Promotion 1) to purchase UC for the FIRST time on Midasbuy’s platform during the Promotion Period will be awarded with bonus free UC. The number of bonus free UC to be awarded is based on the number of UCs purchased and will be disclosed to the cardholder prior to the purchase.
   
   For the avoidance of doubt:
   
   (a) the bonus free UC awarded under this Promotion 2 is in addition to any ongoing promotion on Midasbuy’s platform that awards bonus free UC; and
   
   (b)  Promotion 2 is only applicable for the first time when payment is made on Midasbuy’s platform during the Promotion Period using the Eligible Card. Subsequent payments after the first payment will not be awarded with bonus free UC (save for any ongoing promotion on Midasbuy’s platform that awards bonus free UC).
   
6. Midasbuy, Proxima and/or Visa reserves the right to withhold, restrict or deny you from participating in the Promotion if it considers any possibility of fraud or misconduct. Midasbuy’s, Proxima’s or Visa’s decision is final in the event of dispute regarding all matters relating to this Promotion.
7. Midasbuy, Proxima and/or Visa reserves the right to amend or change any terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time. By participating in the Promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that we may collect and use your personal data for this Promotion in accordance with the Midasbuy Privacy Policy.
8. These Terms and Conditions may be translated into multiple languages. If there is any difference between the English version and any other language version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version will prevail and apply (to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations).
9. If you are under the age of 18 (or the relevant age in your jurisdiction where you are considered a minor), your parent or guardian must agree to these Terms and Conditions (both for themselves and on your behalf) before you can participate in the Promotion.
